Woman, Children Hospitaiized After Rollover Crash

One person had to be extricated and three were hospitalized following a single-vehicle rollover crash in Shelton.

The crash occurred around 3 p.m. Wednesday in the area of Route 108 (Shelton Avenue) and Pine Street, said Shelton Police Det. Richard Bango.

A mother and her two children were taken to a local hospital after the crash which caused the vehicle rollover. 

Officials with the Echo Hose Hook & Ladder Company said one person had to be extricated from the vehicle.

The extent of injuries was not known.
